Reporting to theSenior HR Manager, Operations the Recruiter will support a large‑scale hiring initiative involving 100+ hires. This individual will serve as an extension of our Talent Acquisition team, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR to drive full-cycle recruiting efforts in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

In this role you will get to:

• Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills.
• Experience working independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.

• High‑volume hiring experience supporting rapid workforce growth.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, operations, skilled trades, or industrial environments.
