Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of quality management experience.
• Technical background with understanding/ hands-on experience in data center deployment.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional leadership.
• MS Office (Excel, Word) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure CEI's Quality Management System (QMS) conforms to customer, internal, ISO 9001, and regulatory requirements.
• Work with customers, employees, contractors, and suppliers to develop product requirements.
• Report to management on the performance of the QMS and results of quality audits.
• Conduct periodic management quality review meetings.
• Oversee product recalls and quality actions.
• Promote quality achievement and performance improvement across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with national and international standards.
• Apply environmental and health and safety standards.
• Set up and maintain quality controls and documentation.
• Supervise internal audit program.
• Introduce and manage continual improvement programs.
• Develop and administer quality-related training needs.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to monitor supplier performance.
• Oversee supplier quality systems evaluation and supplier audits.
• Liaise with design, production and supply chain managers.
