Job summary

ifm efector, inc. in Malvern, PA is seeking an Operations & Quality Coordinator to support hands-on production assembly, quality checks, and materials planning to meet customer needs.

You will balance kit assembly, labeling, and packaging with inventory management and cross-functional coordination, contributing to on-time delivery and continuous improvement. A detail-oriented, fast-paced team player with ERP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, assembly, quality control, inventory management, material planning, purchasing, distribution, returns, or production coordination.
• Experience using SAP or a similar ERP/WMS/EWM system preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures to ensure products and kits are assembled, inspected, tested, and documented.
• Perform light assembly, kitting, labeling, packaging, and visual quality inspections.
• Read drawings and work orders to complete customer and inventory builds accurately.
• Verify materials before assembly and maintain quality records.
