Job summary

Inceed is partnering with a company to hire a Production Line Specialist who will coordinate daily work, training, and task assignments for the production team while performing hands-on assembly, testing, repair, and inspection of mechanical and electrical products. The role focuses on meeting output goals and maintaining quality throughout the line.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED with 2–3+ years in manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Word,

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED with 2–3+ years in a manufacturing environment (or internal production experience).
  • Ability to read assembly instructions, drawings, and schematics, and distinguish acceptable vs. defective work.
  • Strong attention to detail with solid computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and manufacturing systems).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily work, training, and task assignments for production team members to meet output and schedule goals.
  • Perform hands-on assembly, testing, repair, and inspection of mechanical and electrical products and subassemblies.
  • Manage material flow, inventory accuracy, documentation, and quality checks to ensure efficient and compliant production.
