Job summary

Danisco USA Inc. in Madison, WI is seeking a production operator to process and package cultures produced at the Freeze Dry plant.

You will mix, blend, formulate, and package batches of raw ingredients into finished products following approved formulas and quality standards. The role requires strict adherence to quality and safety programs (ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000) and the ability to read SOPs, operate production equipment, and maintain accurate records in a fast‑paced plant

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and proven work history.
• Ability to work as a team and perform mechanical tasks.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to quality systems such as ISO 9001, GMPs, HACCP, and other standards.
• Load, unload, and move process equipment and materials in the plant.
• Follow SOPs and adjust production as required.
• Maintain records of production processes and equipment.
• Operate and sanitize production/packaging equipment.
