Job summary

International Flavors and Fragrances is seeking a production operator to process and package cultures at the Freeze Dry plant. You will mix, blend, formulate, and package batches of raw ingredients in accordance with formulas and quality standards.

The role requires following SOPs, safety protocols, and accurate recordkeeping, with ability to lift up to 55 pounds and operate production equipment in a controlled environment. This is a on-site, full-time position in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to add/subtract/multiply using decimals; metric measurements.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures and instructions.
• Capable of lifting up to 55 pounds and moving materials.
• Must wear PPE and comply with safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process and package cultures produced at the Freeze Dry plant.
• Mix, blend, formulate, and package batches of raw ingredients.
• Follow SOPs and work instructions to adjust production processes.
• Load and unload process equipment and move materials around the plant.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and maintenance.
