Job summary

You will follow SOPs, load and unload equipment, adjust production processes, maintain accurate logs, and move materials through the plant while adhering to safety and quality policies.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school education or equivalent and a proven work history.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow procedures precisely.
• Basic math and measurement skills for daily production tasks.
• Familiarity with basic computers/entry of data is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and package cultures and formulate/pack batches of ingredients.
• Load/unload equipment, adjust production processes, and move materials.
• Maintain accurate logs of production activities and equipment.
• Assemble/disassemble production equipment as required by SOPs.
• Clean, sanitize, and sanitize equipment and contact surfaces.
• Follow GMPs, HACCP, and safety requirements; use PPE as needed.
