Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Process Lead in Auburn, WA. The role combines leadership with hands-on production, with 65-75% of the day spent guiding a production labor crew. You will enforce safety rules, manage schedules, and coordinate cross-functional tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

The position requires at least a high school diploma and 3+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced construction/heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Enforce company policies and safety regulations, reporting issues to management or addressing them directly.
• Enter safety related information into company compliance software as directed.
• Execute production schedule as posted and identify gaps or changes needed.
• Fill in by working in production when gaps are noted.
• Ensure that employees receive appropriate training (compliance, safety or technical).
• Package production documents for processing.
