Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Production Leadman to supervise production at the facility, assist in manufacturing and assembly, and ensure safety and quality. The role involves reading drawings, operating tools and equipment, and coordinating with the Group Leader and other departments to meet production goals.

The position is unionized and requires maintaining a safe, efficient workflow while supporting the production team and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of leadership experience and related industry experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 40lbs regularly.
• Ability to handle rebar or mesh safely.
• Ability to read a tape measure and do basic fractions.

Responsibilities

• Abide by safety policies and wear required gear.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Read drawings to produce company products.
• Operate standard area equipment after training (hand tools, cranes, tie guns, forklifts).
• Attend meetings and report to Group Leader.
• Supervise others and assist other departments as needed.
