Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Print Production Sales Engineer in Rochester, NY. You will partner with sales to understand client requirements, demonstrate Fiery and workflow solutions, and guide implementations from discovery through training.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in production print, strong technical knowledge of Fiery tools, and a proven ability to communicate with clients, service teams, and executives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years in production print, digital print, workflow consulting, or related experience.
• Experience with Fiery technology and production print workflows.
• Knowledge of workflow automation and solutions implementation tools.
• Strong client-facing/consultative skills with technical depth.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to identify client requirements and workflow challenges.
• Conduct discovery, workflow assessments, demonstrations, and technical presentations to sell production print solutions.
• Assess client requirements and recommend hardware, software, workflow, finishing, and automation solutions with Fiery tools.
• Develop demonstrations and execute installations, configuration, onboarding, and training activities.
• Assist with RFPs, showroom demos, events, and documentation; coordinate with service teams and manufacturers.
• Maintain strong client relationships and document requirements; generate assessment reports as needed.
