Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions in Rochester, NY is seeking a Print Production Sales Engineer to bridge sales and technical delivery for production print hardware, Fiery DFEs, and workflow software. You will identify requirements, demonstrate solutions, and support installations with client training.

The role requires 3+ years in production print or workflow consulting, strong Fiery knowledge, and excellent client-facing communication in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in production print, digital print, workflow consulting, or related roles.
• Experience with Fiery technology and production print workflows.
• Strong client-facing and consultative communication with IT and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to identify client requirements and workflow challenges.
• Conduct client discovery, workflow assessments, and technical presentations.
• Sell production print products by aligning hardware, software, and workflow solutions with client needs.
• Provide expertise in Fiery tools and color management and automate jobs where possible.
• Develop demonstrations, installations, configuration, onboarding and client training.
