Konica Minolta is seeking a Production Systems Professional to join our service team in Knoxville, TN. This role focuses on on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, installations, and customer training for KM Production and related printers. Travel locally daily, with occasional training trips, and provide remote support as needed.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in equipment maintenance, strong IT/networking skills on Windows/Mac, and excellent communication. Valid driver's license required.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED; Technical School training preferred.
• 4+ years in maintenance/repair of business equipment.
• N+ or equivalent IT certification; additional certifications a plus.
• Electrical/mechanical aptitude and strong problem solving.
• Experience with Windows/Mac printing and networking.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; travel locally daily.

Mansioni

• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and call assistance on KM Production and printers.
• Install/de-install equipment; configure and troubleshoot networking on Windows/Mac.
• Travel locally to customer sites; manage territory workload and customer satisfaction.
• Provide remote technical support via remote access software.
• Train customers on basic printing, scanning, copying functions.
• Maintain accurate ASL truck inventory for the territory.
• Complete weekly timesheets and expense reports; support sales as needed.
