Job summary

Konica Minolta is seeking a Production Solutions Consultant to serve as an expert on KMBS production print hardware and solutions. The PSC will work with accounts to provide workflow assessments, demonstrations, solution design, configuration and development, and will drive software solution and professional services revenue while supporting sales of KM print production hardware.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of production print solution consulting and/or sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed quotas.
• Excellent time management and organizational discipline.
• Willingness to travel within the market/territory.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end production printing workflow and KM’s value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the achievement of production print and professional services revenue goals.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop customer production print strategy.
• Assess pre‑sales account opportunities, and expand professional services and software solutions.
• Demonstrate value through proofs of concept.
• Analyze customer business requirements and processes.
• Develop solutions recommendations and proposals.
• Coordinate with the Implementation Team to advise on resourcing and staffing.
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal presentations.
• Help grow the production print business through new techniques and models.
• Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets.
• Maintain sales activities and opportunities in the CRM Management System.
