Allied Business Solutions in Boise, Idaho seeks a Production Print Engineer to help production print clients and sales teams design, implement, and optimize solutions. The role blends deep technical know-how with customer-facing engagement to ensure accurate solutions and high satisfaction.

You will partner with sales, service, and clients, lead project work, train users on Fiery/workflow software, and stay current with graphics and finishing technologies.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years in a production print environment or sales engineering.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Fiery workflow software.
• Experience with Xerox production print systems or equivalent platforms from Canon, Konica Minolta, or Ricoh.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the sales team to assess client production print environments, workflows, and business objectives.
• Provide technical consultation, solution design, and product recommendations for production print and finishing solutions.
• Qualify opportunities to ensure proper equipment, software, and applications are aligned with customer needs.
• Support product demonstrations, workflow discussions, and technical presentations as needed.
• Lead and support production print system integrations and workflow automation initiatives.
• Provide post-installation training on production print equipment, finishing equipment, and Fiery or comparable workflow software.
• Deliver Tier 2 post-sale support for production print software and workflow-related issues, as assigned.
• Assist service technicians with advanced software applications, file preparation, and layout troubleshooting.
• Train clients on best practices for production print equipment operation, workflow efficiency, and output quality.
