Job summary

RUN Studios and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, seeks a talented Production & Post-Production Manager for an 11-month project starting January 2027. The role blends post-production supervision with hands-on producing of live-action and animation, guiding projects from pre-production through final delivery.

You will manage on-set decisions, schedules, budgets, vendor coordination, and QA checkpoints to ensure brand alignment and on-time, on-budget

Qualifications

• 5+ years in video production spanning live-action and/or animation.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and resource-allocation skills.
• Leadership across creative teams (crews, editors, animators, motion designers).
• Knowledge of video codecs, color management, and delivery specifications.

Responsibilities

• Brand Alignment & Creative Oversight: ensure briefs, storyboards, shot lists, and scripts reflect brand tone and messaging goals.
• Verify on-set filming choices and review raw footage to flag issues.
• Maintain brand consistency across all live-action and animation deliverables.
• Oversee production scheduling, call sheet creation, and crew logistics for studio and on-location shoots.
• Coordinate end-to-end production requirements from pre-production through post-production.
• Manage post-production schedule and track daily status updates.
• Prepare post-production handoff materials for design and PM team.
