Brandtech+ is seeking a Senior Post Production Producer to lead complex post-production projects for global clients. You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, and cross‑functional collaboration across video, CGI, motion design, and localization workflows, ensuring delivery on time and on budget.

You will mentor junior staff, optimize workflows, and partner with senior leadership to uphold brand standards while driving efficiency and creative excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of dedicated post-production experience in a creative, events, or production agency setting.
• Proven ability to manage a demanding workload under pressure and oversee multiple concurrent assignments.
• Experience executing campaigns across diverse platforms and collaborating with global teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee post-production efforts across multiple workstreams to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Lead productions from brief to final delivery, managing budgets, timelines and client expectations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project requirements and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
