VMG Studios, an Emmy-winning creative production agency in the Greater Seattle area, is seeking an experienced Creative Producer. This contract role offers potential to become full-time as business needs evolve, with virtual collaboration and in-person shoots locally.

You'll lead storytelling development, production planning, and client collaboration across live action and animation, guiding executives and teams from brief to final delivery while managing budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven experience producing content for large enterprise organizations such as Microsoft, Amazon, or Meta.
• Ability to translate complex technology topics into clear brand storytelling.
• Experience directing interviews and on-camera participants.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and resource management skills.
• Excellent client communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Translate briefs into clear storytelling approaches across video and animation.
• Develop production schedules and manage budgets and resources.
• Lead interviews, plan shoots, and guide on-camera talent.
• Coordinate with account management and stakeholders for approvals.
• Direct collaboration with art directors, editors, and freelancers.
