Method Recruiting is seeking a Creative Producer for a boutique agency client in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will oversee live-action campaigns from kickoff to final delivery, turning creative vision into concrete production plans while managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years in production within a creative environment, strong live-action expertise, and the ability to coordinate multi-regional efforts across the US and internationally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production experience in a creative agency, brand studio, or commercial production house.
• Proven track record leading live-action shoots for brands/products.
• Ability to manage multi-channel campaigns with varied deliverables.
• Strong budgeting, bidding, and project reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end production across live-action video, photography, digital media, social content, print, retail, and experiential activations.
• Build project scopes, cost estimates, schedules, and staffing models; coordinate crews and talent sourcing.
• Oversee project economics from bids through change orders and final reconciliation.
• Lead post-production pipelines including editorial, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and delivery of assets.
• Identify bottlenecks early and propose solutions within budget or schedule constraints.
• Coordinate across US and international offices to ensure seamless collaboration.
