RUN Studios in Seattle, WA is seeking a Motion Designer for a 4-month contract. The role focuses on designing and animating motion assets for campaigns across web, social, and onsite channels, translating brand systems into compelling motion visuals.

You will collaborate with art directors, designers, copywriters, and producers, delivering product-forward motion and scalable templates while meeting tight event deadlines.

Formación

• 4+ years of professional motion design experience.
• Portfolio with a focus on advertising, retail, and/or e-commerce work.
• Strong design fundamentals: typography, layout, hierarchy, color.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe After Effects; proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere.
• Experience delivering across web, social, and digital advertising/display ads.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines during live events.
• Experience with or knowledge of Figma Motion, plus 3D skills (Cinema 4D, Blender).

Responsabilidades

• Design and animate motion assets for campaigns across web, social, digital ads, onsite placements, and retail display screens.
• Translate static design systems and brand guidelines into motion that is clear and product-forward.
• Create animated product showcases, promotions, and deal messaging to drive sales.
• Produce sizzle reels, case studies, and proofs of concept for retail moments used in onsite creative.
• Develop and execute design concepts from early ideas through final delivery.
• Invent and simplify the motion production process.
• Adapt deliverables to many formats, aspect ratios, and specs, often under tight event deadlines.
• Collaborate with art directors, designers, copywriters, and producers from concept through delivery.
• Maintain brand consistency across a high volume of deliverables.
• Help create reusable motion standards, templates, and toolkits for the wider creative team.
