Job summary

LX Hausys is seeking a Production Planner to support planning, materials management, and process optimization in our manufacturing operations. You will monitor production performance, maximize yield, maintain inventory accuracy, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
• Experience in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of polymer chemistry principles.
• English & Korean bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and optimize production processes to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor daily production activities and analyze performance.
• Manage raw material requirements to support schedules.
• Maximize yield through continuous monitoring and improvement.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Purchasing, and Supply Chain.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Investigate issues and implement corrective actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
