LANXESS is seeking a production planning professional to develop and manage detailed short- and medium-term schedules driven by demand, forecasts, and capacity. You will translate requirements into executable plans while balancing inventory, capacity, and changeovers, acting as a hub between Production, Procurement, Customer Service, Warehousing, and Quality.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and ERP/MRP experience to control inventory and support business

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in production planning, scheduling, materials planning, inventory management, or related supply chain role.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to changing requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on demand, forecasts, inventory requirements, and plant capacity.
• Translate demand into executable production plans considering equipment availability, labor, and changeovers.
• Monitor inventory and initiate replenishment to prevent shortages.
• Balance inventory with working-capital objectives and storage limits.
• Serve as a key link between Production, Procurement, Customer Service, Warehousing, Quality, and Supply Chain.
