McCormick & Company is seeking a Production Planning Team Manager to lead the planning group, optimize resources, reduce costs, and drive cross-functional execution across Production, Quality, Demand Planning, Marketing, and Commercialization.

You will develop planning strategies, monitor performance, report results to senior management, and mentor team members with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management.
• Knowledge of production planning tools and data analysis.
• Preferred SAP ECC and APO experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the production planning team, overseeing daily activities and development.
• Monitor and analyze production performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement production planning strategies to optimize resource use and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coordination and smooth execution of processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and resolve planning-related challenges.
• Prepare and present production reports and performance updates to senior management.
