Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of planning or purchasing experience in materials/inventory management.
• Experience with MRP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work cross-functionally and under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; APICS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare plans and call-off materials from approved suppliers using SAP MRP.
• Manage raw materials for a SKU portfolio to meet service and inventory targets.
• Coordinate returns to vendors for non-conforming goods.
• Resolve discrepancies between orders and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records for importing raw materials.
• Attend business reviews and participate in project teams.
• Ensure accuracy of SLOB materials and minimize write-offs.
• Audit master data and maintain MRP settings to optimize lead times and inventory.
• Comply with health and safety rules.
