Job summary

Ichor Systems, Inc. is seeking a Production Planner to support planning administration, work order management, and revision control in a manufacturing setting.

The role focuses on creating and maintaining planning data, processing ERP/MRP transactions, and ensuring accuracy across planning activities. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the planning department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, production planning, scheduling, or administrative support preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Oracle experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Print, assemble, and distribute production work orders.
• Ensure work order packages are complete and accurate before release to production.
• Create, release, and maintain TO (Transfer Order) work orders as required.
• Process planning transactions and updates within ERP/MRP systems as required.
• Ensure planning data integrity and accuracy.
• Support planners with system updates and administrative maintenance tasks.
• Cross-train with other planning support functions as assigned.
