Job summary

The Irca Group is seeking a Production Scheduler to coordinate supply chain activities, monitor inventory across warehouses, ensure timely delivery, and plan co-manufacturing/production lines. The role focuses on optimizing materials flow and coordinating with multiple facilities to meet production schedules.

Essential functions include planning across locations, managing orders and POs, freight coordination, and leading weekly scheduling reviews with production, maintenance and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient with computerized information systems for manufacturing, materials management, production planning, procurement and distribution.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production materials across multiple locations and co-manufacturers.
• Process orders for co-manufacture and manage multiple warehouse locations.
• Coordinate materials transfers between warehouses and production facilities.
• Review material requirements for daily transfers and manage PO creation for offsite warehouses.
