Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and inventory requirements.
• Release and monitor work orders to support on-time production and shipment goals.
• Coordinate daily with Manufacturing, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Customer Service teams.
• Track production progress and communicate schedule changes or potential delays.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify material shortages that could impact production.
• Maintain accurate planning data and transactions within the ERP system.
• Generate reports and assist with analyzing production performance, inventory trends, and scheduling efficiency.
• Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Assist with forecasting and capacity planning activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning and operational processes.
• Ensure planning activities are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Knowledge of basic inventory management and production planning concepts.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments.

For candidates in CA: The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $69.47 hourly, non-exempt, per year. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.
