Hyve Solutions is seeking a Program Manager, Production Planning to lead the Master Production Schedule, capacity planning, and materials readiness to meet customer demand and on-time delivery. You will partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Warehouse, Sales, and Program Management to drive alignment and execution.

In this role, you will own planning processes, optimize inventory, mentor the planning team, and implement improvements while ensuring compliance with

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• 5+ years in manufacturing, production planning, supply chain, or operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of planning, inventory, capacity, and scheduling.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP/MRP proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Lead Master Production Schedule development to meet demand and commitments.
• Forecast capacity and labor requirements based on demand.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Supply Chain, Engineering, PM, Sales, and Manufacturing Operations.
• Oversee material requirements from release through end-of-life.
• Manage WIP inventory and track monthly metrics.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive corrective actions.
• Communicate risks, impacts, and recovery strategies to leadership.
• Develop and improve standard work for planning and scheduling.
• Mentor planning team and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with policies and quality standards.
