Job summary

Flex is seeking a Planner Scheduler in Milpitas, CA to support Work Order Management, build plans, and materials coordination. You will lead planners and schedulers, align production plans with capacity, and ensure timely product releases using ERP and related tools.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in materials or a related field; strong Excel and ERP experience are essential. Competitive benefits and on-site work environment in Milpitas, CA are provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in materials or related field.
Experience with ERP systems and supply chain operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead planners and schedulers, coordinating builds and material flow.
Prepare build plans and input planning data in ERP and simulation tools.
Monitor plan implementation and adjust for deviations; manage change orders.
Support RMA and rework orders for internal and customer programs.
Coordinate with Master Scheduler and CFT to manage product life cycle and material availability.
