Job summary

Lapeyre Stair Inc. is seeking a Production Support Coordinator to drive manufacturing operations by leveraging our ERP system, coordinating schedules, and ensuring accurate order routing and material availability.

You will collaborate with production, procurement, engineering, and quality to maintain on-time delivery and continuous improvement. The role requires an associate degree or 2+ years in manufacturing, plus experience in production planning and ERP use.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 2+ years in manufacturing environment required.
• Experience in production scheduling/planning and supporting cross-functional teams.
• ERP experience and ability to read technical docs/drawings.

Responsibilities

• Use ERP system to enter orders, maintain accurate production information, and support workflow.
• Ensure orders include routings, documentation, material selection, pricing, and delivery expectations.
• Lead production planning across programs, balancing capacity and schedule demands.
• Interpret MRPs to support procurement decisions, rescheduling, and work order releases.
• Coordinate with inventory and procurement to confirm material availability and on-time delivery.
• Monitor work orders and address shortages, engineering changes, and shifting priorities.
• Respond to customer requests on feasibility, lead times, and quotations.
• Communicate across teams to ensure throughput and resolve issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement of Production Control processes.
