South Bay Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Production Planner to coordinate production schedules and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient operations.

You will analyze demand forecasts, plan production, monitor inventory, and collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, and Customer Service to streamline workflows. The ideal candidate has a BA/BS or equivalent experience, 2+ years in production planning, and ERP/MRP experience (Epicor preferred).

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of production planning experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Epicor preferred).
• Excel proficiency; Power BI a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement for material availability.
• Allocate resources across departments for efficiency.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, and Customer Service.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify bottlenecks and escalate to senior planners.
• Monitor progress and update schedules as needed.
