SANY America is seeking a Production Control Specialist to coordinate schedules, monitor material availability, and track work orders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role collaborates with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, and Production to meet delivery commitments and improve production flow. Ideal candidates will have ERP/MRP experience and strong Excel skills, with a path for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience in production control, planning, manufacturing, materials management, inventory control, or supply chain is required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and monitor daily and weekly production schedules.
• Track production orders from release through completion.
• Monitor production progress and identify delays or constraints.
• Coordinate production priorities based on customer demand and material availability.
• Monitor parts and material availability to prevent production interruptions.
• Identify shortages and coordinate with Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory information within ERP/MRP systems.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to resolve production issues.
• Track key production metrics, including schedule attainment, output, shortages, and on-time completion.
• Prepare production reports and provide status updates to management.
• Support inventory accuracy and cycle-count activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve production flow, scheduling, and operational efficiency.
