Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with 3+ years scheduling experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in metal fabrication, welding and machining.
• ERP/MRP, CMMS, and scheduling software proficiency.
• Ability to read blueprints and BOM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily, weekly, and long-term production schedules.
• Analyze drawings and specs to determine efficient sequence of operations.
• Estimate and manage labor hours, tools, and materials.
• Collaborate with purchasing to ensure materials arrive on time.
• Monitor performance data and prepare progress reports.
• Adjust schedules for delays, shortages, or rush orders.
