Job summary

ITT Engineered Valves in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a Planner to coordinate production for configured items and components, aligning the production plan with customer demand. The role collaborates with production supervision to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain, 1+ years of planning experience in manufacturing, and proficiency with MRP/ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office. CPIM/CPM is desirable and self-motivation is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or similar field strongly preferred.
• 1+ years of planning experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• CPIM/CPM certification desirable.
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills and teamwork.
• Proficient in MRP/ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office; databases a plus.

Responsibilities

• Releases shop orders for configured items and components per planning data and lead times.
• Monitors capacity of critical work centers and balances demand with capacity.
• Maintains accuracy of planning data and recommends changes.
• Expedites/de-expedites material as required.
• Coordinates part number changes with shop floor personnel.
• Maintains data on released shop orders and communicates delivery dates.
