Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of college in transportation or supply chain preferred.
• 2-4 years of general work experience.
• Prior experience in inventory control or production planning preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Review daily production runs and materials usage; ensure accurate data and balanced inventories.
• Input and review inventory counts; research variances and provide explanations.
• Develop weekly production schedules to support sales and efficiency.
• Coordinate with production managers to incorporate maintenance, QA downtime, safety training, and operator training into schedules.
• Order raw materials to support production requirements.
• Track purchase orders to meet budgets and assist management in monthly reporting.
