Job summary

You will reconcile inventory, coordinate with the scheduler and transportation, verify material specs, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and ISO standards while supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires lifting, forklift readiness, and the ability to work early shifts with occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of work experience required.
• Preferred: 2 years in manufacturing inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Counts and reconciles inventory daily and resolves discrepancies; participates in counts.
• Coordinates with Corporate Scheduler for material availability and communicates changes.
• Liaises with Transportation to align deliveries with production schedules.
• Ensures safety, quality and environmental rules are followed by the team.
• Examines materials for conformance to specs and changes; verifies ingredients.
• Performs qualification runs; works with vendors and auditors to ensure quality.
