Cartamundi East Longmeadow LLC is seeking an experienced Production Planner to build and manage production schedules for regional and global needs at our East Longmeadow, MA facility. You will monitor material flow, maintain planning systems, and coordinate capacity to ensure timely delivery for internal and external customers.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, purchasing, engineering and other stakeholders, review lot sizes, manage material substitutions, and generate supplier material

Formación

• 2-year business degree or equivalent work experience.
• SAP system knowledge.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and mathematical ability.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Plan production schedules based on current requirements to ensure timely delivery of regional and global needs.
• Monitor raw materials flow and coordinate material movements into the facility.
• Maintain planning systems and production schedules for accurate signals and timely orders.
• Prepare and issue regular production reports to manufacturing.
• Align schedules with equipment capacity to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Lead bi-annual lot sizing reviews and recommend substitutions when needed.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies through cycle counts and quality issue investigations.
• Generate and issue raw material requirements to suppliers.
• Collaborate with Operations to meet internal and external client requirements.
• Communicate effectively with manufacturing, purchasing, engineering and other stakeholders.
