Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or supply chain.
• 3–5 years planning experience in manufacturing.
• Self-starter with problem-solving and results orientation.
• English fluency (read, write, speak).
• Proficiency with MS Office; PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with MRP or ERP planning systems; CPIM/CSCP desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare production schedules for the manufacture of products.
• Monitor master plan and issue operations and materials to meet delivery targets.
• Level production to optimize material use and man-hours.
• Control shop orders and changes; participate in daily production meetings.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports; track KPIs.
• Participate in Kaizen events and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
