Maverick Power is seeking a motivated Production Planner to join our McKinney team. You will coordinate production schedules, optimize inventory, and ensure timely material availability to support manufacturing operations.

Strong analytical skills and cross-department collaboration are essential to meet aggressive production goals. Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory control, and continuous improvement using lean principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, IE, or related field.
• ISO 9001 or similar quality standards knowledge.
• ERP systems and Excel proficiency.
• 3–5 years in production planning or materials management in manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing principles familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and procurement to align plans with capacity.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Manage inventory to minimize excess and obsolescence.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
