Job summary

Qualifications

• Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules to meet customer demands and production goals.
• Adjust schedule proactively to respond to unexpected changes such as equipment breakdowns or supply disruptions.
• Collaborate with supervisors, supply chain, quality control and warehouse teams to ensure resources are allocated effectively.
• Present daily/weekly schedule with stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Support inventory management by aligning production schedules with target levels.
• Attend customer meetings to understand needs and answer scheduling questions.
• Coordinate with customer service to manage on-time delivery.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and build recovery plans.
• Monitor costs to stay within budget and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly production reports.
