Job summary

Eaton in El Paso, TX is seeking an Order Planning Specialist to manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and production orders for subassemblies and finished goods. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent (from an accredited institution).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (1 year or more).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience with ERP/MRP and inventory control (0–3 years min).
• Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, SQL, VBA, Power Apps, Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels for subassemblies and finished goods.
• Support KPIs and corporate objectives in Supply Chain.
• Coordinate production plans with MPS and target schedules.
• Monitor production performance against plan and ROJs.
• Maintain MRP/ERP parameters for demand planning and scheduling.
• Leverage Power BI and Power Apps to improve planning and reporting.
• Manage Customer Orders and Manufacturing Orders in ERP.
• Support shortage reviews and guide Purchasing based on MPS.
• Contribute to MPS activities and continuous improvement.
• Ensure alignment of schedules with material availability and delivery commitments.
