Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
3–5 years in manufacturing with at least 1 year in production planning.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains master production schedules in the Epicor ERP tool using demand forecasts and sales orders.
Collaborates with procurement to manage raw material stock levels and prevent shortages or delays.
Oversees manufacturing and test progress on the plant floor to identify and fix bottlenecks.
Acts as a bridge between manufacturing, warehouse, procurement, and sales teams.
Generates performance metrics, status reports, and output documentation for management.
