Qualifications

  • BS in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving and Lean manufacturing knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering projects from concept to completion, including equipment acquisitions and facility expansions.
  • Collaborate with project managers, facility engineers, and designers to define requirements.
  • Develop and maintain facility layouts and engineering documentation.
  • Manage external vendors and contractors; prepare budgets and schedules.
  • Apply Lean concepts to optimize equipment, procedures, and budgets.
  • Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and testing.
