Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation in Minnesota is seeking a Junior Production Planner to align production schedules with demand, manage ERP data, and collaborate across manufacturing, procurement, and logistics. You will develop and oversee production schedules, evaluate resources, and contribute to improvements in inventory management and on-time delivery.

The role requires a degree or equivalent experience and familiarity with ERP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or two years of relevant supply chain experience.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics to create and maintain accurate production schedules.
• Execute daily/weekly schedules based on order priorities and resource availability.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and production interruptions.
• Maintain ERP data including lead times, batch sizes, and cycle times.
• Develop and oversee production schedules evaluating materials, equipment, shifts and labor.
• Report production status to supply chain leadership.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels for each product family.
• Suggest schedule changes to address known constraints as needed.
