Job summary

Integer Holdings in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Junior Production Planner to support production scheduling, data integrity, and cross-functional teamwork. You will collaborate with production, procurement and logistics to maintain accurate schedules and ensure smooth manufacturing flow using ERP systems and MS Office tools.

You will monitor lead times, batch sizes, and cycle times, report to SC leadership, and help maintain inventory targets.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is desired; however, two years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu.
Ability to apply general knowledge to business processes and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with production, procurement and logistics to create and maintain accurate production schedules.
Execute daily/weekly production schedules based on order priorities and resource availability.
Identify scheduling conflicts and address production interruptions.
Maintain data in ERP (lead times, batch sizes, cycle time) and report production status to leadership.
Monitor inventory levels and suggest adjustments to meet targets.
