Job summary

Amphenol Network Solutions in Liberty Lake, WA is seeking a Planner to execute the manufacturing plan based on the Master Production Schedule, ensuring on-time ship dates and optimal capacity use. You will monitor daily capacity, escalate obstacles, and align with purchasing and production leads to maintain schedule integrity.

Responsibilities include daily job rescheduling, managing shortages, and maintaining proper MRP procedures while collaborating across departments to meet customer demands.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, with manufacturing experience.
• Associates degree in a technical field preferred.
• 2 years of production planning, MPS and MRP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Add and reschedule jobs daily per MPS/MRP suggestions for assigned product families.
• Review and print jobs that contain no shortages.
• Resolve obstacles (parts or capacity related) that threaten on-time shipments or capacity optimization.
• Review Job Packet shortages to determine part due dates and address shortages.
• Ensure proper MRP procedures for scheduling.
• Review back orders daily to ensure completion as recommitted.
• Coordinate with Production Supervisor to ensure effective scheduling.
• Coordinate workflow and movement of jobs between departments.
• Work with purchasing on problematic delivery dates.
• Create and communicate daily production priorities to meet changing demand.
