Job summary

Infinite Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Production Planner to schedule and coordinate production flows, align with capacity, and ensure on-time delivery, translating demand into executable build plans.

The role analyzes capacity constraints, material lead times, and inventory, monitors WIP, and collaborates with Purchasing, Engineering, and Operations to mitigate risks and optimize resources. Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and ERP/MRP familiarity are essential in a fast-paced

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or related analytical roles.
Foundational understanding of production flow, inventory management, and MRP concepts.
Basic working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and standard planning transactions.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules aligned with demand and capacity.
Monitor WIP, material shortages, and schedule adherence; coordinate with Purchasing to mitigate shortages.
Communicate schedule updates and risks to cross-functional teams; prepare performance reports.
Investigate root causes of delays and ensure ERP/MRP data accuracy; support process improvements.
Support Level II/III criteria for advanced planning and mentoring as needed.
