The position offers a base salary in the 70k–80k range with a focus on your education, experience, and alignment with market data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years in production scheduling, planning, or manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems with hands-on scheduling and order management.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and errors.
• Ability to pivot priorities and perform effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and work with diverse teams to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short-term production schedules aligned with customer demand, supply plans, and capacity.
• Lead weekly scheduling reviews with Production, Procurement, and Customer Service to resolve issues.
• Sequence production orders and develop replenishment strategies to optimize flow and reduce downtime.
• Manage supply constraints, demand changes, and material or labor availability while maintaining on-time delivery.
• Maintain scheduling master data, forecasts, safety stock, and lead times, with clear status communication.
