dormakaba is seeking a Production Planner onsite in Reamstown, PA. You will develop and maintain short-term production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize manufacturing efficiency, working with cross-functional teams to ensure schedule accuracy and smooth order flow.

Responsibilities include leading weekly scheduling reviews, sequencing orders, and managing constraints while communicating risks and status clearly.

Competenze

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years in production scheduling or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and scheduling/order management.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain short-term production schedules aligned with demand and capacity.
• Lead weekly scheduling reviews with production, procurement, and customer service.
• Sequence production orders and optimize flow, minimize changeovers, and reduce downtime.
• Manage supply constraints and changes while maintaining on-time delivery.
• Maintain scheduling master data including forecasts, safety stock, and lead times.
