dormakaba Americas is seeking a Demand Planner based in Reamstown, PA to develop mid- to long-term demand forecasts supporting the manufacturing planning process. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and S&OP to ensure a reliable forecast aligned with business objectives.

The role requires 3+ years in demand planning and proficiency with forecasting tools, ERP (SAP preferred), and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or S&OP in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using forecasting tools, ERP (SAP preferred), and advanced Excel skills required.
• Expert-level PowerPoint skills with experience developing executive-ready presentations, reports, and meeting materials.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate monthly demand review meetings, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, and S&OP stakeholders.
• Cleanse historical sales data and apply statistical forecasting models to generate reliable mid- to long-term demand plans and collaborate with Sales for inputs on future projects and potential demand changes.
• Adjust forecasts based on market dynamics, sales opportunities, and product lifecycle changes (NPI, End-of-Life).
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Product Management, and Operations to validate planning assumptions and drive consensus.
• Monitor forecast performance using key metrics (MAPE, Bias) and implement improvements to enhance planning effectiveness.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $85,000 - $95,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
