Job summary

Responsibilities

• Initiates RMAs and schedules work orders to support sales ship dates.
• Reviews MPS reports and balances workloads to meet deadlines.
• Coordinates with Service and Parts to start rebuilds and close work orders.
• Monitors progress and reports deviations in time, cost, and quality.
